Established Estate Agent opens new office in ‘Old Town’ Stratford-upon-Avon
Estate Agent Jeremy & Co, is celebrating the very recent opening of their new office within Stratford-upon-Avon. The new premises is situated in a fabulous town centre position, promising high levels of foot fall being next to the extremely well-known butchers, Barry the Butcher.
Jeremy & Co is already a well-established estate agent, with showrooms in Redditch, Astwood Bank, Studley, Alcester and Wellesbourne. And, with Stratford sitting at the centre of an extensive sphere of influence extending up to Henley-in-Arden to the north and the many villages down towards Shipston on Stour and the top end of The Cotswolds to the south, they have chosen to open Stratford in order to join their network together.
Jeremy said, “We believe we now offer unrivalled coverage, particularly in villages between Stratford and Alcester, such as The Graftons, Aston Cantlow and Bidford-on-Avon.
“Likewise, to the east of Stratford, villages such as Alveston, Tiddington, Loxley and Kineton will certainly benefit from outlets in Stratford and Wellesbourne.”
With the new office being situated within the ‘Old Town’ area of Stratford, Jeremy intends to specialise to some degree on this market.
With the latest expansion, Jeremy is being joined at Stratford by two very experienced agents, Bob Peterson and Philip Jones, who both possess many years knowledge of the Stratford upon Avon market. Bob boasts a predominantly corporate background, whilst Philip has operated in the independent estate agency sector in the Stratford area since 1980.
