Daisy was the winner of our Make-over competition. We selected Daisy as she was just turning 18 and felt the need for some pampering.
MAKE-UP
With Spring/Summer around the corner and a strong attempt to beat the Winter blues, we decided to influence her make-up with fresh dewy tones, which will carry through to Spring 2012.
The Make-up we used was The New CID range which is strongly appreciated for its ease of application with a professional finish.
I have worked in the beauty and make-up industry for many years, and gained a vast amount of experience at occasional and wedding make-up and have been fortunate to work on Toni & Guy’s creative touring team.
The make-up commenced with using the i Prime and Nougat foundation which has an illumious finish giving a youthful glow. We used Coral Crush to enhance cheeks which looks fresh and dewy. We defined the eyes to subtlely enhance without drama and finished with Coral matt colour on the lips. This make-up enhanced the rich tones of her hair to complement her new look.
HAIR
COLOUR...I have applied a rich chocolate brown colour to Daisy’s hair which will give it a lustrous and vibrant finish.
CONDITIONING TREATMENT...Hair like skin needs moisture to maintain its vitality and therefore appear more youthful. Being religious with a deep conditioning repair treatment mask at least once a week can make a huge difference to the sheen and quality of the hair. Quality is vital to easy styling and achieving the look you want, so, using Salon Professional products that have the benefit of being personally recommended to you.
CUT ... I have layered the hair to add extra volume and movement, this hairstyle will make the styling process easier.
STYLING....i have added a glam touch to Daisy’s hair by creating loose waves using a Babyliss conical curling wand. After the styling process i separated the curls with my fingers and applied hair serum for a glossy effect.
