The White Swan Hotel goes Mediterranean

If you want to be whisked away to the Mediterranean in the heart of Shakespeare country, The White Swan Hotel Bar & Restaurant, in Henley-in-Arden, is the place to be.
For managers Nigel and Maria have introduced a new tapas and Mediterranean entremeses board menu that evokes the real taste of Spain.
These bite-size morsels have been launched at the picturesque pub, taking advantage of their extensive knowledge of Spanish cuisine.
For an even more authentic Spanish flavour, diners will also be able to enjoy traditional paella when it hosts its Paella Party Nights at the bar of this beautiful 16th century coaching inn on High Street.
For more formal dining, classically-trained head chef Karl offers superb dishes in the restaurant area. He takes his inspiration from traditional British dishes and adds a modern twist to them. Karl, who was trained at Brockencote Hall and went on to hone his skills at The Belfry and later Turners in Birmingham, uses local produce from the Warwickshire area whenever possible.
Nigel and Maria pride themselves on their customer service and promise to spoil all guests at The White Swan Hotel Bar and Restaurant - whether they pop in for a half a pint of award-winning ale or opt for an overnight stay in one of the luxuriously appointed en-suite bedrooms.
All eight rooms have been recently refurbished to a high standard and while each has its own charm and character, all have Freeview TV and wi-fi connection.
And if you find yourself there on Fridays between 6-8pm, indulge in Champagne Friday, when bubbly, chocolates and nibbles are on the bar to herald in the weekend in style.
