Some 64 guests were invited to celebrate the 200 year anniversary of Laurent Perrier, Henry Wongs had the honour of being chosen as their partner in Birmingham.  Guests were treated to a wide range of their fine champagnes and as usual Ricky Wu wowed everyone with some culinary delights.
